This position will need someone who is confident and ambitious. It is a busy and challenging role which will see you achieve and become part of a successful team. You will need to have self management skills as well as being able to use your own active part. Strong oral and written skills important as well as the ability to replace the teacher for short periods.
You will be working alongside the Class Teacher, supporting the daily running（管理） of the classroom and being responsible for a key group of children. Small group activities as well as observations, assessments and further development will need to be completed. You will make progress in your childcare knowledge and skills.
For this role you must have a current CRB/DBS and be able to provide up-to-date references.
